"Classes start right on time"
I’m usually cutting it close because I’m either rushing from work or blaming traffic, but the classes always start right when they’re supposed to. I never feel like I’m just standing around waiting, which I really appreciate.

Impressed. The class wasn’t too crowded, which made a big difference. The coach actually noticed every kid and gave them attention, so it felt really personal and not rushed

"Great pool and a smooth experience"
We had a really nice time here. The pool was clean, the lanes were good, and the water was warm, which made it really comfortable. There was plenty of space too, so it didn’t feel crowded. The showers were decent, and overall it was a smooth experience. My kid really enjoyed it.

"Slow reply, but they did help"
They took longer than I would’ve liked to get back to me, which made me wonder if I was just getting the usual polished company talk. But once someone actually responded, they did help sort things out. Not perfect, but it got handled in the end.

The locker room was decent. Compared to some other gyms I’ve been to, the showers and lockers were clean enough and didn’t feel gross or neglected.

My kid has been enjoying the lessons and the staff has always been really nice. Maybe it’s just me, but the pool temperature feels a little inconsistent. Some days it’s totally fine, and other days it seems chilly enough that my child takes a while to settle in and get comfortable. For swim lessons, I’d just expect the water to be a bit more steady. Overall it’s been okay, I just wish the pool was warmer

"Surprisingly Good Fit for His Age"
The class was actually a really good match for my son’s age. He felt comfortable the whole time and didn’t seem rushed, which was a nice surprise since that’s not always the case with these kinds of classes.

"Pretty Safe Overall, Just Needs a Bit More Attention"
Safety seemed okay overall when I was there, and I didn’t feel uneasy or anything like that. I was there in the afternoon, not super crowded but not empty either, and everything looked generally under control. I do think the staff could keep a closer eye on things though, just to make sure nothing gets missed. Maybe I’m a little extra cautious because I’ve worked in busy places before, but a bit more watching would make it feel more reassuring...

Some of the teachers were really great and made things easy to follow, but one of them felt rushed and didn’t explain much, which made it a bit harder to keep up.

My kids have been doing these lessons and they’ve been easy for them to keep up with. I like that they start simple and build on things without feeling too much. Overall, it’s been working well for us.

"Feels Worth the Price"
I’m happy with the cost overall. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, and I did wonder if I was just talking myself into it at first. But seeing the quality of the classes and how much my kid is actually learning, I feel like it’s been worth the money.

"Super easy to reschedule"
Scheduling has been really flexible for us. I had to switch our time twice, and both times it was no big deal at all, which I really appreciated. Life gets hectic, I was juggling appointments, errands, and somehow still forgot to buy coffee that week, so it was nice not having to stress about changing things around.
